Barn N Barbecue Private Limited

If you know Birsanagar, you probably know where the Hanuman Mandir is near Zone 3. We are right by there, at House Number 4 in A Block. Barn N Barbecue is basically a small setup we started because we liked the idea of good food in our own neighborhood. Jamshedpur has a lot of places to eat, but we wanted something right here where we live. It’s not a huge place with a lot of staff. Mostly just a few of us making sure things are clean and the food is prepped. We spent a lot of time fixing up the space to make it work. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of supplies coming in, but we make it work. The area is usually pretty lively with people heading to the temple or just walking home from work. We don’t do a lot of advertising or anything like that. People just see the sign and stop in. We try to keep things straightforward. If something isn't right, we fix it. It's a bit of a learning process every single day, honestly. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about what to cook next. Other days, it’s a bit of a scramble to keep up. That’s just how it goes with a small food business. We’re just glad to be working for ourselves in Birsanagar and being part of the local community.
