Our base is on Circular Road in Ranchi. It’s a very central location, so we are always in the middle of the city's hustle. The office is really just a room where we keep our files and meet people to talk about their events. Most of the action happens in the kitchen area where we keep the big pots and the catering vans. Circular Road can get really jammed with traffic, so we have to plan our deliveries carefully. It’s a lot of manual work, moving heavy crates and making sure we have enough plates for everyone. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just do the job we’re hired for. Our team is a mix of older guys who have been doing this for decades and some younger helpers. We drink a lot of tea while we work and talk about whatever is happening in Ranchi that day. The building isn't brand new, and the paint is peeling in some corners, but it works for what we need. We don't bother with fancy brochures. Usually, people just know where we are and what we do. It’s a lot of late nights and early mornings, especially during the wedding season. We just keep our heads down and get through the schedule. That’s the reality of running a place like this on Circular Road.
