A Square Food Zone

We are located right inside the Galaxia Mall at Piska More, where Ratu Road meets the rest of the city. Being in a mall means our schedule is tied to the opening and closing times of the building. A Square Food Zone is just a regular spot where we spend most of our waking hours. Before the mall opens, it’s actually quite peaceful, just us and the cleaners getting things ready. Once the doors open, though, the noise levels go way up. You can hear the music from the other shops and the constant chatter of people walking by. Our kitchen area is a bit small, and it can get very hot when everything is running at once. We don't have a view of the outside, just the mall corridors and the neon signs. It’s a different kind of work life compared to being on a regular street. On weekends, it gets incredibly crowded, and we’re on our feet for hours without much of a break. The staff room is tiny, so we usually just eat our lunch quickly and get back to it. Ratu Road is always busy outside, and we can see the traffic jams from the mall entrance when we arrive. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we’ve found our rhythm here. We just keep our heads down and focus on the orders coming in. It’s our little corner of Galaxia Mall.
