Zalak Food Parcel

Zalak Food Parcel is located in the Shantivan Society area of Rajkot. We are on the Milap Nagar Main Road, just off University Road. We are quite close to the Panchayat Nagar Chowk. Our setup is a bit different because we focus a lot on people picking up their food to take home. In this part of Rajkot, a lot of families prefer eating in their own dining rooms but don't always have time to cook. We started this because we saw a need for simple, home-style parcels. The kitchen is the main part of our shop. We don't have much of a seating area, just a small space for people to wait while we pack their bags. University Road is always busy with students and residents. We get a lot of regulars from the societies nearby. We keep our recipes very basic, like how we cook for our own families. We don't use too much oil or anything heavy. It's just daily food. The containers we use are sturdy so nothing spills on the way home. We are just a few people working here, trying to keep up with the evening rush. It’s not a glamorous job but it keeps us busy. We like seeing the same people coming back every week to get their dinner parcels from us.
