Jay Balaji Dinning Hall & Caterers

Jay Balaji Dinning Hall & Caterers is situated right on the Chitrakutdham main road, which is part of Kalawad Road in Rajkot. We are located directly opposite the Chitrakoot Temple, so it is a very easy landmark to find. We have been operating this dining hall for quite a few years now, and we also do catering for various events around the city. Our place is not meant to be a high-end restaurant with fancy decorations. It is a straightforward dining hall where you can sit down and have a regular meal that tastes like it was made at home. We mostly serve traditional Gujarati food because that is what our customers like and what we know best. My family helps with the cooking and managing the floor. We use big stainless steel plates and keep the service quick. The road outside is always busy with traffic, but once you step inside, it is a bit more relaxed. We do not have a massive menu with lots of options; we just stick to a few good items that we prepare fresh every day. Many of our customers are people who visit the temple across the street or folks who live in the nearby residential areas. We also take our catering equipment to different venues for weddings and parties when we are hired. We do not do much in the way of promotion, as most of our business comes from people who have eaten here before.
