Apple Bite Multi Cuisine Restaurant And Cafe

We are over here in the Plus Building at Astron Chowk, right on the Sardarnagar Main Road. Rajkot is a city that loves its food, so we decided to put a restaurant and a cafe in one spot. It’s on the ground floor, so people can just walk in from the street. We called it Apple Bite, which sounds a bit modern, but we are just regular people running it. We have a mix of different types of food because everyone in a family usually wants something different. The cafe side is more for sitting with a drink, and the restaurant side is for the heavier meals. It gets really busy around Astron Chowk in the evenings, so we have to stay on our toes. The kitchen can get quite hot, and sometimes the orders take a little longer when every table is full. We don’t have a big corporate team behind us. It’s just the owners and a small group of staff who do the cooking and serving. We try to keep the place tidy, though with so many people coming in and out, it’s a constant job. We buy our supplies from the local vendors nearby. We don’t really do fancy advertising or anything like that. Most people just find us because they are already in the area for shopping or work. It’s just a place to sit down and have a bite.
