Food Loom Restro & Cafe

We set up Food Loom Restro & Cafe right here on Gondal Road in Rajkot quite some time back. If you know the area, we are basically just opposite the Malaviya Petrol Pump. It gets pretty busy around here with all the cars and people stopping for fuel, so we see a lot of different faces every single day. Usually, things start moving early in the morning when we open the doors and get the kitchen ready. It is not a very big place, but we try to keep it clean and keep the food coming out on time. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise, but that is just how it is. My cousin helps me out with the orders, and we have a couple of boys who handle the tables. We don't really do anything fancy or have a big team of managers. It's just us making sure the stove is hot and the seats are ready. Most people who live around Gondal Road know where we are. We have seen kids grow up and start coming in on their own. It’s funny how time passes when you are busy in the kitchen. Sometimes we run out of something and have to tell customers to wait, which they usually don't mind too much. We just do our work and go home at night. It is a simple life running a cafe in this part of town.
