Jay Bhavani Food

Jay Bhavani Food is a small spot over in the Junction Plot area of Rajkot. We are located right near Bhistivad. It is a bit of a crowded neighborhood with narrow streets, but we have grown to like it that way. We have been serving food here for a good amount of time now. It is not a big restaurant with waiters and fancy menus. It is more of a practical place where people come to get something quick to eat and then go about their daily business. I handle most of the cooking myself along with a couple of other guys. We stay busy from early in the morning until late at night. The space is pretty tight, so things can get a bit frantic when there is a big rush of people. We do not have a fancy glowing sign, just our name and the food we make. People around here know where to find us. We get a lot of laborers and local residents coming in. We do not use those delivery apps much because we prefer it when people just show up at the counter. The menu is very simple and it does not change often. We just do what we know how to do. It is a noisy street and there is always some commotion outside, but we just focus on the stove. It is an honest living for us. We are just trying to keep people full. (248 words)
