Bharat Chhapdi Undhiyu

Bharat Chhapdi Undhiyu is located in Abhijit Apartment on Nirmala Road. We are right across from Nirmala Convent School, near Hanumanmadhi Chowk in Rajkot. If you live around here, you know the spot. We mostly deal with traditional food, and it keeps us very busy during certain seasons. Our space isn't very large, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time preparing the vegetables and the specific mixes needed for our dishes. It's a lot of hands-on work. The kitchen is always warm and smells like spices. We have a few people helping us out with the daily tasks. Being near a school means there is always a lot of activity on the road outside. We see the kids and parents passing by every day. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. We just have our kitchen and the counter where we serve people. It's a local business through and through. We don't do much in terms of promotions. We just rely on the fact that people in Rajkot know our name and where to find us. Sometimes we run out of things if the day is busier than we expected. That’s just part of how it goes when you’re making things fresh. We stay focused on the work and keep the shop running as best as we can. It's a lot of hours but we like it.
