Deep Fast Food

Our little shop, Deep Fast Food, is on the ground floor of Shrinathji Tower on Junagadh Road in Jetpur. We’re pretty close to the Reliance petrol pump, which makes us a convenient stop for people traveling through Rajkot. It’s a simple setup—nothing too fancy. We’ve got a few tables and a kitchen that stays pretty busy throughout the day. I started this place because I wanted to do something for myself in my own town. Most of the people who come in are locals from Jetpur or workers from the nearby shops. It can get really warm in the kitchen, especially during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. We serve mostly snacks and quick bites that people can eat on the go. Sometimes we get a big rush all at once, and things can get a little chaotic for a few minutes while we try to get the orders out. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just me and a couple of helpers. We spend a lot of our time cleaning up after the lunch rush and getting things ready for the evening. It’s an honest living, and we just focus on making sure the food is fresh and the customers are fed.
