Yadav Food Zone

You can find us at the Radhika Hospital Building near Kotecha Chowk in Rajkot. We are actually located below the hospital itself. The place is called Yadav Food Zone. Being in a hospital building means we see a lot of different people every single day. Some are visiting patients and others just work in the nearby offices or the hospital itself. It’s a busy corner of Rajkot to be in. The space we have is functional but a bit small. We have a counter where people order and some seating along the walls. It’s not a place for a fancy dinner, just somewhere to grab something quickly during a break. We start our day by checking the stock and getting the ovens ready for the morning rush. The staff is small, just three of us usually. We’ve been here for a couple of years now and we know the layout well. The lighting inside is a bit bright, but it helps us see what we’re doing in the back. We don’t have a marketing team or a manager in a suit. It’s just us handling the orders and making sure the place is tidy enough for the next person. Sometimes the deliveries from the suppliers are a bit late, and we have to adjust our plans. It’s just how it goes when you run a small shop. We focus on the daily routine and keeping things moving. We try to stay open as much as we can.
