V.K. Foods is found on Raj Marg at the Upleta Lati Plot area in Jamnagar. This part of town is known for its small industries and warehouses. We have a space here where we handle various food items. It is a dusty road outside, and the weather in Jamnagar can be quite dry most of the year. Our building is a plain structure that serves its purpose well. Inside, we have our processing equipment and storage area. Most of the day is spent checking the quality of the goods and making sure the packaging is done right. We are not a big corporation; we are just a local food business. The people working here are like family. We take our tea breaks together sitting on the plastic chairs outside the main door. Raj Marg can be quiet at times and very busy at others, especially when the big trucks are moving through. We have been at the Lati Plot for several years now. We do not go in for big promotions or fancy slogans. We just focus on the food we produce and the orders we need to fill. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix them ourselves, which is just part of the job. It is hard work, and the days can be long, but we are satisfied with what we do here in Jamnagar. Every day brings a different set of tasks, and we just handle them.
