Tranzit Multi Cuisine Reataurant

You can find us at Kotecha Chowk on University Road in Rajkot. We call the place Tranzit and we've been serving food here for quite some time now. Since we are on University Road, we get a lot of students and people who work at the offices nearby. It's a multi-cuisine restaurant, which just means we have a bit of everything on the menu. We aren't trying to be fancy or win any awards. We just cook the kind of food that we like to eat ourselves. The kitchen is always busy, especially around dinner time when the tables fill up. It can get a bit loud with people talking and the sound of pans in the back. The chairs and tables are simple and have been used by a lot of people over the years. We try to keep the place tidy, but it's a working restaurant so it's never perfect. Our cooks use local ingredients they get from the market every morning. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team. It's just us and the staff making sure the plates go out hot. If the service is a bit slow on a Saturday night, it's just because we are making everything fresh. We like being part of the 360005 neighborhood. It's a good spot with a lot of life. People come here because they know what to expect. Just good food and a place to sit.
