Swagat Caterers

Our setup is at Ramnath Krupa, which is right near the Suman Dairy in Kevdawadi. Swagat Caterers is a small operation, mostly just me and a couple of helpers who come in when things get busy. We have been in this part of Kevdawadi for years, and we know most of the people who live on this street. Being near the dairy is actually quite helpful for us when we need extra supplies. The kitchen is always full of the smell of spices and steam from the pots. We do a lot of work for small gatherings and family functions around the neighborhood. It is not the kind of job where you get to sit down very much. We are always on our feet, either stirring a big pot or packing up the tiffin boxes for delivery. The space we have isn't huge, but we have organized it so we can move around quickly when we are in a rush. Sometimes the heat from the stoves is a bit much in the afternoon, so we try to do the heaviest cooking early in the day when it is cooler. We don't really use any complicated recipes, just the ones we have learned over a long period of time. People around here seem to like the way we do things. We don't have a big sign or anything, just our name on the door at Ramnath Krupa. It is honest work, and it keeps us busy. We just make sure the food is ready when we say it will be.
