Suven Express Restaurant Llp

We are on the fifth floor of Om Apartment, right on the Axar Nagar Main Road in Rajkot. It is a bit different having a restaurant business up on the fifth floor, but unit 501 works well for us. From the windows, you can see out over the rooftops of Axar Nagar and watch the traffic below. The kitchen is where most of the action happens, and it is always hot and loud with the sounds of cooking. We have a small crew and we focus on express service, so things move at a very fast pace all day long. We don't have a big dining room with fancy tablecloths or decorations. It is a practical kitchen space meant for preparing food and getting it out the door. We spend a lot of time answering the phone and making sure the delivery boys have the right addresses. Axar Nagar is a busy neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside our building. We don't use any marketing agencies or have a complicated business strategy. We just enjoy the work of cooking and making sure the food is ready when the orders come in. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit crowded when everyone is working at once, but we have a good rhythm. It is just a regular local spot run by people who like the food business.
