Shree Caterers

If you look for Trimurti Tower on Laxmi Nagar Main Road, you’ll find us easily. We are right opposite the Haveli Mahadev Wadi. It’s a busy corner of Laxminagar, especially during the festival season. Shree Caterers isn’t a massive operation with hundreds of people. It’s just a handful of us making sure the food is ready when people need it. The building itself, Trimurti Tower, is easy to spot, so we don’t have to give too many directions. Usually, we are busy prepping in the early hours while the rest of the neighborhood is still sleeping. It gets a bit cramped when we have three different parties to cook for at once. We have to be careful with how we stack the crates. The guys who work here have been with me for years, so we don't even need to talk much to know what needs doing. We see the people going to the Haveli across the road and it reminds us of how many years we’ve been part of this community. Some days are stressful when a stove acts up or a delivery is late, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We keep our notes on scraps of paper and try to stay organized as much as possible. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and long hours, but it’s honest work that we understand. We just try to keep things moving along every single day without making too much noise for our neighbors.
