Seven Star Caterers

We have been here at Jay Bhadra 3B for a long time now. Running a catering business like Seven Star Caterers keeps us busy every single day from dawn until late at night. Most mornings start very early with us checking the supplies and making sure the kitchen is ready for the day’s work. Raiya Road is usually pretty active and loud, so there is always some noise from the traffic outside while we are busy in the back. We handle a lot of different food orders for people around Malaviyanagar and Gandhigram. It isn’t always easy work, especially when the weather gets really hot in the summer months, but we always manage to get it done. People around here know where to find us because we have been in this same spot for so many years. The stove is almost always going with something cooking. We don’t really do much of that fancy stuff you see in magazines, just good food for local events and family gatherings. Sometimes it is just a small thing for a few people, and other times it is a much bigger crowd. My cousin usually helps out when we have a lot of heavy containers to move around. Some days the delivery van takes longer because of the traffic on Raiya Road, but we try to plan for that. We have seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over time, but our kitchen stays pretty much the same.
