Rajkot Food Court

Our spot is right by Indira Circle on the 150 Feet Ring Road here in Rajkot. It is a busy part of the 360005 area, especially near where Naitri Panipuri is. We have a food court setup where people can come in and find something to eat from the different options we have available. Most days are pretty loud because of all the traffic on the Ring Road and the people walking around the circle. We spend a lot of time managing the space and making sure the common seating area is kept clean. It is a lot of work to keep the bins empty and the tables wiped down when so many people are moving through. We don't have a big fancy office; we are usually just out on the floor or in the back making sure everything is running. The local crowd knows us because we are in such a central spot. It isn't a quiet place, but it is lively. We have to deal with the heat and the crowds, especially on the weekends when everyone is out and about. We focus on the daily tasks like checking the supplies and making sure the vendors have what they need to serve the customers. It is a basic operation, run by people who know the Rajkot streets well. We stay open until late when the traffic finally starts to slow down and then we clean up for the next morning. It is hard work but it is fine.
