Raj Pavbhaji

You can find Raj Pavbhaji over at the Ajanta Complex on Gondal Road. We are right opposite the Bombay Hotel, which is a big landmark around here. Rajkot is a busy city and Gondal Road is one of those places that never really sleeps. We've been serving pavbhaji from this spot for a good while. It's a small place, mostly just a counter and some space to stand or sit. We don't have a fancy dining room or anything like that. It's just about the food. The 360002 area is where we've set up shop. We get a lot of people coming by after work or late in the evening. It's a bit noisy with all the cars and bikes going past on the main road. We just keep our heads down and do the work. There isn't any big story behind it, just a local business trying to make it every day. We aren't part of some big chain. It's just us at the complex. If you're nearby and hungry, you can see our sign from the road. The street lights are usually bright enough to spot us even when it's dark. It's a regular part of the neighborhood now. People know us for being consistent. We don't try to be anything we are not. It’s just simple food for people who need a quick bite. We enjoy being part of the hustle and bustle on Gondal Road. It's a good spot to be in the middle of everything.
