We are over at Nakshatra Complex at Astron Chowk in Rajkot. Our food zone is directly opposite Chitara College. It’s a busy corner of the city, especially with all the students around. The zip code here is 360001. We set Radhe Krishna Food Zone up to serve food to the people who live and work in this area. It’s not a fine-dining restaurant. It’s a food zone where things are quick and simple. We spend the whole day prepping ingredients and cooking. The kitchen is the heart of our space. It’s small and gets very warm, but we are used to it by now. We focus on making food that tastes right. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. Most of our furniture is just basic tables and chairs that can be cleaned easily. Astron Chowk is always noisy with traffic, which gives the place a bit of energy. We get a lot of regulars who come in every day for their lunch or an evening snack. We know most of them by name. It’s a humble business. We aren't looking to open a hundred branches.
