If you ask anyone around Jamnagar Road for Bababhai Rasoiya, they can usually point you toward our place at 2 Bhomeshwar Plot. We have been here for decades, and the kitchen has become a bit of a landmark for the locals who like good, traditional food. Bababhai is the heart of everything we do. He is very particular about how the food is prepared, and he doesn't like people rushing the process. We are a small team and we don't have any of those corporate structures you see in big cities. It’s just a group of us who know how to cook for large crowds without losing the flavor. The Bhomeshwar Plot area is a busy spot, and our kitchen reflects that energy. We do everything from small private dinners to large community feasts. We don't spend money on advertising because we think the food should speak for itself. If someone likes what we cook, they tell their friends, and that's how we stay busy. We don't use fancy packaging or have a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it.
