You can find us in the Alaknandan Apartment building right on Gitanagar Main Road. We are pretty close to Jay Siyaram Farsan, which is a big landmark around here in Rajkot. A lot of our business is people just stopping by to pick up a parcel on their way home from work, so the front counter is always the busiest spot in the place. We have a few tables for those who want to eat here, but it's a bit cramped when the evening rush starts. The Gitanagar Main Road is always dusty and the sun hits the front of the shop quite hard in the afternoons. We have some old metal shutters that are getting a bit stiff to pull down at night. Inside, it's pretty simple—just plain walls and some fans that we keep running all day to deal with the Rajkot heat. We do all the cooking right behind the counter so everyone can see what’s going on. It's a lot of chopping vegetables and boiling water throughout the day. My wife helps with the packing and making sure the bags are tied tight so nothing spills out on the way. We don't have any fancy decorations, just a couple of calendars on the wall. It’s a straightforward shop for people who just want something to eat without any fuss. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of our regular customers’ names and what they want before they ask.
