Netri Pani Puri Llp

You can find our shop at Golden Plaza, right near Eagle Travels on the 150 Feet Ring Road. It is a very busy part of Rajkot, so there is always noise and people moving around. We are in Shop No. 3 and we spend our days preparing everything for the pani puri. It is a lot of prep work, especially with the spices and the water. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local spot where we try to do things the way we learned from our elders. The space is small, so we have to be very organized with our supplies. Usually, the afternoons are spent getting the batches ready before the evening rush starts. It gets quite hot in the shop because of the cooking, but we have a couple of fans going. We don't bother with fancy decorations or high-end furniture. People come here because they know we are just regular folks making food we like. Some days the traffic on the Ring Road is so bad that our suppliers get stuck, but we manage to make it work. It is a lot of standing on your feet for hours. We don't have a mission statement, we just want to make sure the food is ready when people show up after work. Our families sometimes come by to help during the evening when it gets really packed with customers. We don't have any big secrets to what we do.
