Message Food Services

Our kitchen and office are in the Heera Panna Complex. We are right on Post Office Road, which is a pretty central spot in the area. Working in food services means our mornings start way before most people are even awake. We have to get everything prepped and ready for the day's orders. The complex itself is always humming with activity. Since we are near the post office, there is a constant stream of people coming and going. We don't have a big sit-down restaurant area. Most of what we do is behind the scenes, getting food ready for delivery or events. It gets pretty hot in the kitchen, especially when all the burners are going at once. We’ve got a small team, and we’ve all worked together for a long time. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with meetings and presentations. We just look at the orders and get to cooking. Sometimes the supplies arrive late and we have to scramble, but we always figure it out somehow. The floors are usually a bit wet from cleaning, and there's always the smell of whatever we are cooking that day. We like being on Post Office Road because it’s easy for our delivery guys to get in and out quickly. It's a busy, messy, and loud job, but we enjoy the pace of it. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a good way to earn a living.
