Mayur Bhajiya & Caterers

We are located at 14 Ajanta Complex on Gondal Road in Rajkot. If you’re coming from the main part of town, we’re right opposite Bombay Hotel, which is a big landmark around here. The road is always busy with trucks and cars going towards Gondal, so there is always a lot of dust and noise, but that’s just how it is. We mostly spend our days in the kitchen. Frying bhajiya is what we do best, and the smell of the oil and spices is everywhere. It gets pretty hot in there, especially during the summer months when Rajkot is boiling. We also do catering for local events. People come to us for weddings or small gatherings at their homes. We load up the van with the big pots and stoves and head out. It’s a lot of hard work, lifting heavy things and making sure the food is ready on time. My family has been doing this for a while. We don’t have a fancy office or anything, just the shop in the complex. Some days we have people lining up for a quick snack, and other days we’re mostly focused on the big catering orders for the weekend. We use the 360002 pincode area for most of our deliveries. It’s just an honest living, making sure people have something to eat. We try to keep the counters clean and the oil fresh. It is simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning to night.
