Jay Caterers

Jay Caterers is located over at Matru Ashish 6, right on Palace Road here in Rajkot. If you know where Yash Apartment is in Diwanpara, we are just a short walk from there. Our days usually start really early in the morning when the fresh supplies arrive. There is always the smell of spices and cooking hanging around the office and the kitchen area. We’ve been serving food to people in this neighborhood for quite some time now. It’s a lot of hard work, mostly standing on your feet and making sure the salt is just right. We do all types of events, but mostly it's local weddings and small house functions where people just want a good meal. We don't have a flashy website or anything like that. We just focus on the cooking and getting the plates to the tables. Sometimes the kitchen gets really hot and chaotic, but that is just part of the job. Our staff has been with us for years, and we all just know what needs to be done without talking too much about it. Palace Road can get pretty crowded, so we are always navigating the traffic with our delivery vans. It’s a simple life, really. We cook, we serve, and we clean up afterwards. Everyone in the family helps out when things get really busy during the peak season. It is just what we do every day.
