Hot & More Restaurant

Our place is on Jawahar Road, right across from M G High School. It’s near the Jubilee Garden Chowk, so there’s always people walking around, especially students and families. We’ve been here in Rajkot for a while now. The restaurant isn't very large, but we’ve got enough space for a few tables. We don't use any fancy tablecloths or anything like that. It’s just a simple setup where you can get a meal without any fuss. The school kids come in sometimes after their classes are over. We know a lot of the parents too. It’s a very local vibe. We mostly just focus on getting the food out on time. The kitchen is in the back and you can hear the pans clanking all day long. We try to keep things quiet, but it’s hard when the lunch rush starts. I handle the front and sometimes help with the cleaning. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so we all do a bit of everything. We don't have a website or a social media page. People just know where we are. Jawahar Road is a busy street, but we’ve found our own little corner here. We just keep the lights on and the food ready. It’s a plain and simple way to run a business, and it works for us. We hope to stay here for many more years to come and keep doing what we do.
