Das Ka Dhaba

Das Ka Dhaba is our little place on New Morbi Road in Rajkot. We are located in the Panchwati Society area, right across from Royal Marble. If you know where Kankai Pan is, we are just near there. It’s a dhaba, so things are very casual and down-to-earth here. We don’t have air conditioning or fancy waiters. It’s more about the food and getting people fed. We get a lot of truck drivers, workers from the nearby marble shops, and people living in the society. It’s a busy road, and we stay open late most nights. The seating is basic, and it can get a bit dusty with all the traffic outside, but that’s just life on Morbi Road. We’ve been serving the Rajkot community here for a long time. Our kitchen uses simple ingredients and we don’t try to do anything too experimental. It’s just the kind of food we grew up with. The staff is like family, and they work hard to keep up with the orders when the place gets full. We don’t have a website or do any big marketing. Word of mouth has always been enough for us. People know that if they come to Das Ka Dhaba, they’ll get a full stomach without spending too much. It’s a rough and ready kind of place, just how we like it. We hope to stay here for many more years.
