We've been at 103 Sharnam on Yagnik Road for a while now. Most people know the spot near Moti Tanki Chowk. It gets pretty busy around here, especially in the evenings when the traffic on Collegewadi picks up. We spend most of our mornings getting the kitchen ready and sorting through the daily supplies. It's a lot of work, but we like keeping busy. Our office is tucked away in the Sharnam building. If you’re walking past the 4 Collegewadi area, you’ll probably see our staff moving stuff in and out. Rajkot has changed quite a bit since we started, but Yagnik Road is still the heart of it all for us. We don't really do the big fancy advertising thing, mostly just neighbors talking to neighbors. People stop by to ask about menus or just to see what’s cooking for the weekend. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other days it's just us sitting around the desk planning out the next big meal. We try to keep things simple and honest. You won't find any flashy brochures here, just real food and hard work. It gets hot in the kitchen during the summer, but that’s just how it goes in this business. Our team has been together for a long time, so we all know each other's habits by now. It feels more like a big family than a workplace most days. We stay late to make sure everything is cleaned up and ready for the next morning's start.
