Agarwal Caterers

Agarwal Caterers is located at 2 Corporation Shopping Centre in Gayakwadi, right on the Main Road. We are very close to the Jamnagar Highway and the railway junction, so there is never a quiet moment. You can hear the trains and the big trucks passing by all day and night. Our shop is where all the cooking happens. Early in the morning, the smell of spices and woodsmoke fills the air as we start preparing for the day's orders. We have a large kitchen area with massive burners and big stainless steel counters. It gets very hot and humid inside, especially when we are boiling huge vats of food. The shopping centre is a bit crowded, and our entrance is often blocked by delivery bikes or crates. We don't have a fancy office; we just have a small desk where we write down the orders and keep the bills. Most of the staff has been with us for years, and they know exactly what to do without being told. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the cooking is done because things get messy very fast. It is hard work, especially during the wedding season when we are working around the clock. We don't use any fancy equipment, just the old-fashioned way of cooking that we have always used. It is a busy, loud, and hot place, but it is where we do our work.
