Our place is on Rashtriyashala Road, which is a fairly well-known spot around here. We’ve been operating Adani Food Products from this location for quite some time. It's not a massive factory with robots; it’s more of a hands-on operation where people are actually involved in every step. Usually, the day starts with a bit of a rush to get everything organized. We handle various food items, so there’s always something being weighed or packed. The building itself is older, and we’ve just made it work for what we need over the years. You won't find many people in suits here. Most of us are wearing comfortable clothes because there is a lot of moving around. We have a small office area where the phone rings more than it probably should, and the back is where all the real action happens. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, especially when it’s raining hard outside, but we try to stay on schedule. We know most of the people who come by to pick up orders. It’s the kind of place where you recognize the delivery drivers and they know where to park without being told. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to make sure the bags are filled correctly and the deliveries go out when they are supposed to. It's simple work but it keeps us all busy from morning until late afternoon.
