Litens Automotive (India) Private Limited is out at Gat No.357 on the Chakan Ambethan Road. We’re in Waghjai Nagar, right near the Mahndra Forge in Kharabwadi. If you know the Chakan area, you know it’s the heart of the auto industry around here. It’s dusty, the roads are always full of trucks, and there’s a constant sound of construction and manufacturing. Our place is pretty straightforward. We work on automotive parts, and the shop floor is usually the busiest part of the building. We don’t have a fancy entrance or a polished floor. It’s a workspace meant for actual work. We see a lot of people from the nearby plants coming and going. The weather in Chakan can be pretty harsh, either very hot or very muddy during the rains, but the work doesn't stop. We spend our days dealing with the technical side of things and making sure everything is moving along. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow around us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or corporate talk. We’re just a group of people who know their way around car parts and don’t mind getting our hands dirty to get things done. Most of us live nearby, so this place feels like home in a way. It’s just how we operate every day. We don’t have any big speeches about what we do or some long history wall. We just show up.
