Down here in Chakan, at Plot B-6, things stay pretty busy. We are located in the Mahalunge village area, which used to be much quieter before all these factories moved in. The commute from Pune can be a real pain with the traffic on the highway, especially during the monsoon when the roads get muddy. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a standard industrial setup with a lot of activity going on inside. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints and checking components on the line. There’s a lot of metal and plastic moving through here daily. The tea break is usually the highlight of the afternoon for the crew. We have a small yard where the delivery trucks wait their turn to load up. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, and we have to spend late nights in the office under those flickering tube lights. It’s a lot of routine work, honestly. We make parts that go into bigger machines and vehicles, so everything has to be measured just right. It gets hot in the summer, and the fans overhead don't do much, but we’re used to it by now. Nobody here wears a suit; we’re usually in our work gear with a bit of grease on our hands. It’s just an honest day’s work in the Khed taluka, and we keep at it day after day.
