We've been here in Chakan for a while now, right in the Mahindra Vendor Park at Phase 4. It’s a busy spot in Village Nighoje. Most days, we’re just focusing on getting the work done on the floor. It gets pretty loud with all the machinery, but that's just how it is in this line of work. We handle a lot of motor parts and industrial stuff. Being out here in the industrial zone means we deal with a lot of logistics and heavy trucks coming in and out. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a bunch of us working hard to keep things moving. Sometimes the weather gets really hot inside the shed, but we manage. If you’re looking for Sharda Motor, you’ll find us easily enough near the main gate of the vendor park. We don't really do much advertising or anything. People usually just know where we are because of the location. There’s always someone around during the day if there’s a delivery or something needs checking. We try to keep things organized, though it can get a bit messy when a big shipment arrives. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to do a decent job every day. Nothing more to it really. We have some guys who have been with us since we opened, and they know the machines better than anyone. The tea break is the best part of the afternoon when we all just sit outside for ten minutes. It’s basic, but it’s our routine.
