Benteler Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. is out in Chakan MIDC Phase 2nd. We are located near the Hyundai Construction site in the village of Khalumbre. It is a massive area, and there is a lot of construction and movement happening all around us all the time. Being out here means we are part of a very large industrial landscape. The facility itself is quite big because we deal with automotive parts, which take up a lot of space. We have a lot of people working here in different shifts. It is a very busy environment with trucks arriving to drop off raw materials and others leaving with finished parts for the car makers. There is a lot of dust because of the nearby construction, and the roads can be a bit rough depending on the season. Inside, it is all about the production lines and making sure everything stays on track. It is not the kind of place where you sit around and chat. Everyone has a job to do, and the pace is pretty fast. We are just one part of the big automotive chain in this region. The heat in Khalumbre can be intense during the summer months, but the work doesn't stop. We are just a bunch of people making sure the parts get made and shipped out correctly.
