At Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd., we have a lot of people coming and going. It’s a large site compared to some of the smaller shops nearby. The work involves a lot of technical stuff that keeps everyone busy. We have a routine that we follow every single day. The shifts change, the whistles blow, and the work continues. It’s a serious environment. Safety is something we talk about a lot because there are many moving parts. Being out here in Rajgurunagar means we are away from the main city, but the industrial parks are always growing. The weather gets really hot in the summer and the metal buildings soak up the heat. We just drink plenty of water and keep going. Most of the staff live nearby or take the company buses. It’s a community of workers. We aren't here to make things look pretty; we are here to make things that work. The floors are swept, but they are still factory floors. There is always a rhythm to the machinery. You get used to the vibration after a while. We’ve been part of this landscape for quite some time now, just doing what needs to be done.
