We are located way out in the Indo Space Rohan Industrial Park, specifically at Building No 4 in Unit D. It is a bit of a drive off the Talegaon-Chakan Road near Village-Mahalunge. At Tremec India, we are all about automotive parts and transmission pieces. This area in Pune is full of factories, and we are right in the middle of all that activity. Our daily life involves a lot of precision and checking parts over and over. We work on things that go into cars and trucks, making sure everything fits together perfectly. The industrial park is massive, so it is easy to get lost if you do not know where Gat No 428 is. Inside our unit, it is mostly the sound of assembly and people moving crates around with forklifts. We have a good crew here in Ingale. Most of the guys live nearby in Tal Khed or other parts of Pune. It is a long day on the floor, but we keep each other going with jokes and talk. We do not have much time for fancy speeches or long presentations. The work is right there in front of us. We focus on the metal and the mechanics of it all. It is a lot of technical stuff, but we try to keep the atmosphere light. We have been here since the building was first put up.
