Our factory sits on Plot No. A-2 in the Chakan Phase-2 area, specifically in Khalumdre village. It is a large industrial zone. We are surrounded by other plants and heavy machinery. We focus on industrial production. Our day usually starts before the sun is even up. The roads out here in the MIDC can be a bit rough. This is especially true for the trucks coming in and out. We have a solid team of workers who know the machines inside and out. It is a loud environment, but we’ve gotten used to the hum of the factory over the years. We don't have a fancy office with leather chairs. We mostly spend our time on the floor seeing how things are being made. Managing an industrial unit takes a lot of patience. We have to fix things that break unexpectedly. We try to keep a steady pace so we don't fall behind on what needs to be shipped out. Being in Village Khalumdre means we are a bit far from the city center, but it works for what we need to do. There is a lot of dust and grease around, but that is just how this kind of work goes. We focus on the parts and the processes rather than looking polished. It's about getting the units built and out the door on schedule. It is tough work but we are proud of the stuff we make. We just keep the machines running.
