New Bharat Civil Materials

Our shop is located near Samrat Hotel, right opposite the Roshan Garden in Dhawade Wasti, Bhosari. This area is very industrial and there is always some kind of construction happening nearby. We sell civil materials, so we have piles of sand, bags of cement, and heavy bricks stacked up outside and in the back yard. It is a dusty job and our clothes are usually covered in some kind of grey powder by the time we go home. We get a lot of trucks coming in and out throughout the day to drop off supplies or pick up orders for local building sites. It can get pretty hectic in the mornings when every contractor wants their materials delivered at the same time. We do not have a fancy showroom or a reception area with air conditioning. People just come in, tell us what they need for their project, and we get it loaded up onto their vehicles. Bhosari is a hardworking part of town, and our business fits right in with that atmosphere. The sun can be quite harsh when we are out in the yard moving things around, but we have grown used to it over the years. We have been here at Dhawade Wasti for quite a long time and we know how the local trade works. It is straightforward work without any complicated processes. We just focus on keeping the stock ready for the locals.
