We are based out of Shop No. 06 in Trimurti Plaza. This is in Somatane, which is part of Tal Maval in the Pune district. It’s a busy little plaza with a few different businesses. We deal with general trading and supplying local needs. Our space is pretty basic and doesn't have many frills. We have a counter, some old chairs for customers, and a lot of paperwork piled up on the side. It's a bit disorganized sometimes, but we know where everything is kept. People come to us for all sorts of things, and if we don't have it in stock, we try to get it from our contacts. Working in Somatane is good because we are close to the highway. We see a lot of people passing through on their way to other places. We started this business because we wanted to work for ourselves. It hasn't always been easy, especially when the market is slow, but we keep going. We don't use any fancy systems, just a notebook and some grit. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who stop by the shop. It’s a lot of manual work and checking orders. We try to stay honest and just do our job without making a big fuss about it. The plaza gets crowded on weekends, but during the week it’s a bit quieter. That’s usually when we get the most paperwork and cleaning done. We’re just local folks.
