Our place is located right by Karla Phata, not far from the Mumbai Pune Highway. If you know where Tejas Dhaba is, then you basically know where we are because we’re right near it in the Maval area. It’s a busy stretch of road with a lot of trucks and cars passing through every hour. We make cement articles here, so things can get pretty messy with all the dust and water used in the process. It’s hard work, mostly outdoors or in open sheds. You’ll usually see us moving heavy blocks or pipes around the yard. The weather out here in Maval can be tough, either too hot or pouring rain during the monsoon, but the work doesn't really stop. We’ve been at this spot for some time now, and we’re used to the noise from the highway. People stop by on their way between the cities, sometimes asking for directions or looking for specific cement pieces for their construction projects. We don’t have a fancy office or anything, just the workspace and the products lined up outside. It’s a practical business. We focus on getting the casting right and making sure things dry properly before they get loaded onto a truck. Sometimes the traffic makes deliveries a bit of a headache, but that’s part of being on such a major road. It’s just a group of us working with concrete every day to keep things moving along fine.
