Universal Construction Machinery & Equipments Ltd is based in the 411 051 part of Pune, Maharashtra. It’s a busy area and we fit right in with the noise and the movement of the local traffic. Our day usually starts with a lot of coffee and a look at the schedule to see what's going where. There is no big marketing team here, just us managing the equipment. We have a lot of different machines sitting around the yard, from concrete mixers to big cranes. Some days the place is packed and other days almost everything is out on a site somewhere in the state. It’s an honest way to make a living. We deal with all sorts of people, from big contractors to guys just starting their first small project. The office is cluttered with manuals and spare parts that we haven't found a proper shelf for yet. It’s a bit chaotic, but we know where everything is. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or long presentations. If a machine works, it works. If it doesn't, we get it fixed. That's pretty much the whole story. The heat in Pune can be a bit much in May, but we’ve got some old fans and we just keep moving. It's just a local business doing what we know. We’ve been at this for a while and the address is easy enough to find if you're in the neighborhood. We just want to get through the day's tasks and make sure the gear is ready for tomorrow's work.
