Universal Construction Machinery & Equipment Ltd

Our office is tucked away in Dhankawadi, Pune. We are at D-13 in the Rajmudra Society, which is part of Omkar Park Phase II. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which we like. Universal Construction Machinery & Equipment Ltd has been here for a bit now. We do not have a massive sign or a glass front. It is just a regular place where we manage our construction equipment business. Most of what we do involves heavy machinery like mixers and lift systems. Since we are in a residential-style society, we try to keep the noise down when we are in the office, but the work itself is loud and heavy. We spend a lot of time on our computers and phones, making sure sites across Pune have what they need. There is always a lot of activity, even if it does not look like it from the outside. We have got maps and schedules pinned to the walls. It is not very organized to a stranger, but we know exactly where everything is. We do not do the whole professional image thing with suits and ties. We are just regular people who know a lot about building machines. If someone needs a piece of equipment, they come find us here. We sit down, have some water, and figure out the details. It is a practical way to run things and it has worked for us.
