We are based out of Khopoli, specifically in the Musco Colony area of Jagdishnagar. Our office is at F27/12, and it’s right in the middle of the Khalapur taluka. Being in the Raigad district means we are close to a lot of industrial activity, which keeps us on our toes. Road building is a tough business around here because of the terrain and the rain we get in Maharashtra. We’ve been here long enough that everyone knows the white building in the colony. It isn't a flashy place, just a workspace where we coordinate the loaders and the steamrollers. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's dead quiet while everyone is out at a site. We mostly deal with local projects around the district. My family lives nearby too, so the business feels like part of the neighborhood. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and come back here to finish the logs. The Musco Colony is a decent spot for us because it’s easy to get the heavy vehicles in and out when we need to move them to a new location. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, which is making sure the roads stay in one piece. We've seen a lot of changes in Khopoli over the years. It's a busy place and we just try to keep up with the pace of things.
