Our company is based in Talegaon Dabhade, which is in the Pune district. The full name is Cosmos Construction Machinerise & Eqp.P.Ltd. and we are at 114/B, Tapodham Colony, near the Talegaon Station. Being near the station is very handy for people coming in from the main city or from the Maval area. It is a bit of a trek from central Pune, but it is much quieter and more spacious out here. We deal with construction machinery, so there is usually some big equipment sitting around the yard or being repaired by the guys. The yard is often a bit messy with various parts, tools, and metal, but we know exactly where everything is kept. It is a family-style environment where everyone knows each other by name. We do not have a human resources department or a public relations person. If someone has a problem or needs to discuss something, they just walk into the main office and talk to us directly. The office itself is quite plain, with a few old chairs and a lot of technical manuals stacked on the shelves. We spend our days talking to local contractors and fixing up machines that have seen better days. It is honest work and it keeps our small team very busy. We do not bother with fancy slogans or advertising. We just try to make sure the equipment is ready when someone needs it. Talegaon is a growing place.
