Universal Construction Equipments

We go by Universal Construction Equipments. Our office is located at Shivasagar City Phase I, specifically in D3-204 on Sinhagad Road in Pune. It’s a busy part of the city, especially with all the traffic heading towards the highway. We operate out of this apartment-style office, which is quite common for small businesses around here. We deal with all kinds of equipment used in building and construction. Since we are on Sinhagad Road, we see a lot of the city’s growth happening right outside our window. Our team is small, just a few of us who know the ins and outs of construction tools. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. Most of our time is spent on the phone or visiting sites to see what they need. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We don't use any fancy marketing talk. We just tell people what we have and how it works. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when multiple projects need things at the same time, but we manage. We’ve lived in Pune for years, so we understand how things work here. It’s about being reliable and showing up when you say you will. We don't have any big missions or visions written on the walls. We just want to get through the day's tasks and make sure our customers have the equipment they need to finish their buildings. Living and working on Sinhagad Road means you have to be patient with the traffic, but it also means we are close to a lot of new projects.
