Universal Construction Machinery & Equip. Ltd is located in Trimurti Society in Pune. This is over in the 411052 area of Maharashtra. It is a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main city center, which we actually prefer for our daily work. The society is a mix of people living there and a few small businesses like ours. We have our space set up to handle all the equipment side of things. It is mostly desks, some computers, and a lot of folders full of equipment specs. We spend the day talking to site managers and making sure the machines are moving to where they are supposed to be. It isn't a flashy corporate office with a big lobby. It’s just a place where we do our jobs. We’ve got a small crew and we all know what needs to be done. Sometimes we stand out in the society common area to catch some air and talk about the day's tasks. The neighbors are used to us being here by now. We try to keep things simple and avoid all the complicated business talk that you hear in other places. For us, it’s about the construction gear and making sure the paperwork is correct. It’s a regular routine that we’ve been following for a good while, and it seems to work out just fine.
