Our office is over in Chavan Nagar, specifically in the Sai Ganga Building on the third floor of srno 43/3/3. It’s a decent spot in Pune, though the traffic on the way to Chandan Nagar can be a real headache some mornings. We work with machinery, mostly the heavy stuff used for concrete. It’s not the kind of thing you can do while wearing a nice suit, so we’re usually in work clothes and boots. The office isn't anything special. It has some desks, a few old chairs, and a lot of technical manuals for the equipment. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at sites making sure the machines are actually doing what they are supposed to do. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and making sure parts are available when something breaks down, which happens more than we'd like. Pune is a big hub for this kind of industry, so we stay pretty busy all year round. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image or a fancy website. We just want the machines to keep running so the buildings get built. Sometimes we stay late because a client has a problem, and that’s just part of the deal in this business. It’s practical work for people who don't mind getting their hands a bit dirty. We just show up and do the job as best as we can with what we have.
