We are over here at P-17 in Chaitanya Nagari, which is right by the Warje Jakat Naka in Pune. If you know this specific area, you know how busy the traffic gets around the naka, especially during the mornings when everyone is heading to work. We spend most of our days dealing with cement bags and talking to people who walk in looking for stuff for their home repairs. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. It's just a regular place where we keep things moving. We have been in this spot for a while now. Some days it is just dusty and loud because of the trucks passing by on the main road, but we are used to it. The tea stall nearby keeps us going throughout the day. Most of the folks around here know us by face. We don't really do much advertising because people just see the Ultratech sign and come in when they need cement for a wall or a new room. Sometimes the rain makes things tricky, so we have to move everything inside quickly to keep the bags dry. It’s just how it goes here in Pune. We keep our paperwork on an old wooden desk that has seen better days. Every morning starts with a quick sweep of the front area before the first delivery arrives. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything gets where it needs to go.
