Our place is at Flat No 5, Shree Apartment, which is part of the Kasturba Housing Society in Vishrantwadi. We are located specifically at S No 69A. It is a quiet residential area in Pune 411015, which might seem a bit unusual for a cement company, but it actually works out well for us. We handle all the local distribution and planning for the cement from this small flat. The neighborhood is mostly families, so we make sure to keep our operations low-key. Most of our work is done over the phone or out at the various construction sites around Pune. Inside the office, it is just us, a couple of computers, and plenty of files scattered around. We have a decent view of the street from the small balcony, which is nice when the work gets a bit stressful. Pune can be quite chaotic with all the construction going on, so we are kept busy from morning till night. We manage the schedules for the cement trucks and talk to contractors all day. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, or we have a short power cut, but we just deal with it. We aren't interested in looking like a big, polished corporation. We are just local people doing our jobs. Every morning we plan the routes and make sure everything is ready for the day. It is a bit cramped here, but it feels right for our everyday needs.
